Shipment
Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Please note that we have no control over the delivery times of the shipping company.
Shipping costs to Germany are €5.99, free for orders over €50.
The shipping cost for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden is €15.99.
Shipping costs to other countries:
Switzerland: €25.99, Serbia: €29.99, United States: €47.99, Russia: €30.99, Australia: €45.99 and United Kingdom: €25.99
Complaints policy
1. General
We place great importance on the quality of our products and strive to always offer you flawless products. However, should you have any reason for complaint, please refer to the following guidelines for complaints.
2. Complaint period
Please inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt for any defects or damage. Any defects or damage to the products must be reported in writing by email to info[at]retrogold63.de within 7 days of receipt.
3. Complaints procedure
To report a complaint, please send an email to info[at]retrogold63.de and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A precise description of the defect or damage
- Photos where the defect or damage is clearly visible
Our customer service team will review your complaint as quickly as possible and contact you to discuss the next steps.
4. Complaint handling
Upon receiving your complaint, we will carefully examine the matter and strive to find a satisfactory solution. This may include replacing the defective product, issuing a refund, or another suitable solution, depending on the circumstances of the complaint.
5. Exceptions
Please note that certain defects or damage resulting from improper handling, misuse or normal wear and tear may be excluded from our warranty policy.
