In the midst of the Cold War, a high-tech US fighter jet crashes south of Malta. Equipped with a brand-new, fully electronic laser guidance system, the jet promptly sends the Soviets, who learn of the crash and are interested in the technology, to retrieve the wreckage. Meanwhile, the Americans dispatch their best agent, Ken Tani (Sho Kosugi), to prevent the technology from falling into the wrong hands.
A dramatic duel ensues between the two super-agents.
