Former war veteran Eddie Lomax (Jean Claude van Damme) wants to end his life, but for this step he wants the blessing of his veteran friend Johnny Six-Toes (Danny Trejo).

In the dusty Nevada desert begins the adventure of our hero, who is shot in a confrontation with three men and has his only possession stolen, a motorcycle which he wants to give to his friend Johnny Six-Toes (Danny Trejo).

Severely injured, Lomax (van Damme) survives and is driven by revenge. He arrives in a desert town controlled by gangster boss Ramsey Hogan (Larry Drake), which includes the men who attacked him in the desert. Ready to die, he takes on the criminal gang to fight his last battle for a just cause.
