Former war veteran Eddie Lomax (Jean Claude van Damme) wants to end his life, but for this step he wants the blessing of his veteran friend Johnny Six-Toes (Danny Trejo).

In the dusty Nevada desert begins the adventure of our hero, who is shot in a confrontation with three men and has his only possession stolen, a motorcycle which he wants to give to his friend Johnny Six-Toes (Danny Trejo).
