Massimo Dallmano plunged Turin into chaos in 1976!

Commissioner Vannis (Marcel Bozzuffi), an ambitious inspector whose wife is killed by the vengeful adversary the “Marseiller” (Ivan Rassimov), creates a “Caliber 38” special commando unit to fight the scum.

While the special commando makes itself heard by exercising the right of force, the bad guys procure 70 kg of dynamite and practice on informants and civilian institutions.
After the overly rough special unit is placed on early retirement by the highest authority, Commissioner Vannis (Marcel Bozzuffi) sees RED and takes matters into his own hands.
