Martial arts expert Alex Faulkner (Bren Foster) was a successful competitor, but now he devotes himself exclusively to coaching his martial arts school.
While he is carrying out his job, the new female member Samantha (Cassie Howarth) registers with her son Terry.
Over time, the two fall in love, but Samantha's ex-husband and Terry's father Victor (Luke Ford) does not like this at all.
Therefore, from now on he repeatedly tries to provoke the fundamentally peaceful Alex and, together with his buddies, to draw him out of his shell.
Then, his colleague Julie's (Annabelle Stephenson) two children also disappear inexplicably, making her working environment considerably more difficult.
Samantha then notices that Victor is behaving increasingly strangely and decides to spy on him.
The mother discovers a secret depot where Victor is holding numerous children captive, including Julie's daughter.
Since Samantha is completely overwhelmed by the situation, Alex fortunately finds out her whereabouts and is able to rush to her aid.
As soon as he arrives there, he brings everyone involved to safety in the car, but Victor's criminal ally sees them escape and informs his boss.
Thus, the child trafficker is forced to threaten his own son and exchange him for the other children.
Alex chooses his martial arts school as the handover location, where the ultimate showdown between him and the child traffickers takes place...
Bren Foster, who directed and wrote the action-packed LIFE AFTER FIGHTING and also stars in it, sets new standards in the world of martial arts films with its groundbreaking fights!
