A film in which a macho hero has to take down a perverse serial killer who murders with almost cartoonish brutality. THE BANKER is that film. One that, for reasons no one needs to understand, somehow disappeared. Upon its release in 1989, it certainly had its fans, but in Germany, for example, it was only released on video.
