Samson Gaul (Jean-Claude Van Damme) has a past as a mercenary. After a failed mission, he waits in seclusion for death. Only when MMA fighter Andrew Fayden (Joe Flanigan) asks him to find his daughter, who has been kidnapped in Romania, does Samson's old fighting spirit reawaken, and he confronts an overwhelming number of ruthless gangsters – for whom a life is worth no more than six bullets.
