Summary:

During an undercover operation by the New York City DEA, three agents are killed by Li's (James Hong) men. Li is the head of a Chinese drug cartel and wants to expand his network of violence and corruption. It's an extremely difficult case for the DEA. Tyler (Billy Blanks) and Michael (Jalal Merhi), both trained in martial arts, are chosen to bring down the mob boss. But before they begin their mission, they both receive advanced training from Master Pan at a prestigious martial arts school. With his help, they infiltrate Li's underground organization. There, they meet the attractive DEA agent Cassandra (Priscilla Barnes), who has also been planted within the organization to undermine Li's drug, prostitution, and gambling operations.
